Online security.

• When personal information about you is sent from your computer to our server, the computers use a coded language called a Secure Socket Layer, an SSL.
• When you are connected via an SSL you will see the key or padlock at the bottom of your browser window to indicate the secure mode.

The shopping basket.

The shopping basket and checkout requires cookies to be allowed by your internet browser.

• Calculate Price:
  1. 1. Click to price icon next to any item of interest, you will open a price calculator window.
  2. 2. Select your specific requirements for the item, the price will appear for your selection, GST for Australian for purchasers ONLY will be added later when your address has been recorded, during checkout.
  3. 3. Click "Add to Shopping Basket" and the shopping basket will open with your item added. Both the Export and Australian prices will be showing, in separate columns.
• Shopping Basket:
  1. 1. Repeat "Calculate price" until the shopping basket has correct items in it, or remove unwanted items.
  2. 2. When your shopping basket has all the items you wish to buy click "Checkout - Buy basket contents" button.
  3. 3. The window will connect to a Secure Socket Layer and the checkout will begin.
• Checkout:
  1. 1. Fill in customer contact information and delivery address. Click "Submit contact details", and the credit card phase will open.
  2. 2. The correct price based on your Country will be calculated for you.
  3. 3. Check your delivery details, and input credit card information. Click "Submit Payment - Last Step".
  4. 4. If your credit card is validated you can print an order receipt. All is done.
  5. 4a. If your credit card dose not validate correctly, you will be prompted as to what to do, you will be at checkout phase 3 again.

Ring Pricing.

• The price of a ring is mostly determined by it's weight.
• The style, the carat (karat), the colour, the width and the finger size all effect a rings weight.
• Using the Price Calculator is obligation free.
• Australian goods and services tax is included in all prices quoted.
• Orders exported out of Australia have the GST removed at last stage for checkout.
• Use this free currency conversion service from XE.com to get conversion from AU dollars to other currencies.

Payment.

• Payment is by credit card, using the online shopping basket.
• Credit card payments are validated when credit card details are received.
  • We will debited your credit card in AU$.
  • Your credit card provider will convert the charge to your currency.

Delivery.

• Manufacture time of a ring is 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed.
• Manufacture time of a tiara is 2 to 4 weeks after the order is placed.
• The postage and handling charge is AU$14.00 per delivery.
• Delivery throughout the world, except Australia is by AIR MAIL. Insurance of AU$8 plus AU$2 per AU$100 of order value, rounded up to nearest $100. Usual delivery in 4 to 16 days, the delivery time will depend on your location in the world, next is some examples.

• Delivery in Australia is by registered post. Insurance of AU$ 1.15 per AU$ 100.00 of order value, rounded up to nearest $100. Delivery 1 to 3 days

Returns policy.

• There is no return on any item.
